About Me

Samantha holds a Bachelor’s degree from Long Island University and has completed her 1200 hour Didactic Internship Program through Long Island University. During her time at Long Island University, Samantha specialized in health and wellness, counseling patients and clients through weight loss, weight management, diabetes, high cholesterol, general healthy lifestyle and more throughout her year long internship.

A holistic approach to health and nutrition recognizes that optimal health is achieved not only through the consumption of nutrient-dense foods but also by considering the larger influences that shape our lives.
