Working with Samantha has changed my life in a positive way. I have dieted for most of my life. I have tried every plan, pretty much, without success. I counted, I pointed, I wrote, I carbed, starved, and I was never happy. Samantha has taught that I am beautiful work in progress. I needed to learn how my body metabolizes food, how need to maximize my proteins and fiber, work in tandem with exercise and still be “me”, realistically! I have learned to balance my plate, get in my steps, drink my water, and be happy with my small goals, as well as, work on my shortcomings. She has been a guide, a mentor, a coach and a friend wrapped in one. I have worked with nutritionists before, but I was always left to feel guilty, about my choices, even when I thought I was doing the right thing. Sam has taught me that my eating habits are not to be shamed and that my food trauma is slowly being unpacked . We are working towards a better, healthier me. Not a new me, just a great upgrade! She is there whenever I need her and I can’t thank her enough for all of her continued help and support.
